We use “quebracho” charcoal for our grill, which offers an excellent quality, a beautiful fire to grill on, with as result; a delicious piece of meat or fish.

We have a great selection of meats, ranging from Simmental, National Black Angus and Galician Beef, to fresh fish caught daily in our Canarian waters. Our steakhouse also has an aquarium with fresh lobster.
